Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt the butter and olive oil together until the butter is foamy. Stir in the minced garlic and lemon zest and sauté for 60–90 seconds until the garlic becomes translucent.
- Reduce heat to low. Slowly whisk in the fresh lemon juice, followed immediately by the Greek yogurt, whisking constantly in a circular motion for 1–2 minutes until the sauce is thickened and velvety.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the finely chopped fresh dill, sea salt, and black pepper.
