Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillet
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 large Lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure a roasted finish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top and sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Arrange lemon slices across the top of each fillet, pressing them slightly into the glaze.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 12–15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes to reach a final internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
