  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the Swiss cheese slices over the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream, then spread it evenly over the cheese.
  5. In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
