  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  4. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.

  6. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Mix until pasta is well coated.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra parsley if desired.
