2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen sweet corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
