Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50g) honey
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1 cup (115g) Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
  • 3/4 cup (120g) Valentine’s Day M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup (85g) mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Cream the softened butter with the coconut sugar and honey until the mixture looks pale and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully emulsified and smooth.
  3. Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos, M&M's, and dark chocolate chips using a spatula until the colorful candies are evenly distributed.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes—remove them when the edges are set and golden, but the centers still look slightly underbaked.
  7. Let the cookies rest on the pan for 5 minutes to set.
