Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) honey
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1 cup (115g) Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
- 3/4 cup (120g) Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 1/2 cup (85g) mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Cream the softened butter with the coconut sugar and honey until the mixture looks pale and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully emulsified and smooth.
- Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreos, M&M's, and dark chocolate chips using a spatula until the colorful candies are evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes—remove them when the edges are set and golden, but the centers still look slightly underbaked.
- Let the cookies rest on the pan for 5 minutes to set.
