Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, spotted (approx. 200g)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Peel the ripe bananas.
- Break them into 2 inch chunks Note: helps the blades catch the fruit faster.
- Pour 2 cups whole milk into the blender.
- Add the banana chunks.
- Drizzle in 1 tbsp honey.
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle in 1/8 tsp fine sea salt.
- Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a completely uniform, pale yellow color and silky in texture.
- Pour the liquid into two tall glasses.
- Stir in an extra splash of milk if it's too thick for your liking.
