Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, spotted (approx. 200g)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Peel the ripe bananas.
  2. Break them into 2 inch chunks Note: helps the blades catch the fruit faster.
  3. Pour 2 cups whole milk into the blender.
  4. Add the banana chunks.
  5. Drizzle in 1 tbsp honey.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  7. Sprinkle in 1/8 tsp fine sea salt.
  8. Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a completely uniform, pale yellow color and silky in texture.
  9. Pour the liquid into two tall glasses.
  10. Stir in an extra splash of milk if it's too thick for your liking.
