Ingredients:
- 2 cups (280g) frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- Squeeze lemons to obtain 1/2 cup of juice; stir in the granulated sugar and salt until the crystals have completely dissolved.
- Combine the lemon-sugar mixture and cold water in a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen strawberries to the blender.
- Blend on low speed to break up the berries, then increase to high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and velvety.
