Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (280g) frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze lemons to obtain 1/2 cup of juice; stir in the granulated sugar and salt until the crystals have completely dissolved.
  2. Combine the lemon-sugar mixture and cold water in a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries to the blender.
  4. Blend on low speed to break up the berries, then increase to high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and velvety.
