Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170 g) salmon fillets, skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets extremely dry with paper towels on all sides. Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika until the honey is fully incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't touching. Generously brush the top of each fillet with the honey garlic glaze.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 7–10 minutes until the glaze has turned a deep mahogany-brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
