Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170 g) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets extremely dry with paper towels on all sides. Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika until the honey is fully incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't touching. Generously brush the top of each fillet with the honey garlic glaze.
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 7–10 minutes until the glaze has turned a deep mahogany-brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
