Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon Fillets, 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel to ensure a proper sear.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and melted butter until the mixture is glossy and emulsified.
  4. Season the fillets lightly with pepper, then spoon the glaze generously over the top, ensuring the edges are well-coated.
  5. Place the fillets on the prepared sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling and the fish flakes easily with a fork at the thickest part.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the fillets rest on the pan for 3 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
