Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Fillets, 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel to ensure a proper sear.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and melted butter until the mixture is glossy and emulsified.
- Season the fillets lightly with pepper, then spoon the glaze generously over the top, ensuring the edges are well-coated.
- Place the fillets on the prepared sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling and the fish flakes easily with a fork at the thickest part.
- Remove from the oven and let the fillets rest on the pan for 3 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
