Savor the deliciousness of Philly cheesesteak sliders made with tender beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and gooey cheese on soft slider rolls!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (cut to fit sliders)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
  • Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom rolls.
  • Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Use any preferred steak cuts or deli roast beef for convenience.
  • Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
