12 slider rolls
1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
6 slices provolone cheese (cut to fit sliders)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Layer cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom rolls.
Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use any preferred steak cuts or deli roast beef for convenience.
