Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed

  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed

  • 1 cup grapes, halved

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all fruits as listed.

  • Combine all fruits in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.

  • Drizzle the mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
