Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter (melted)
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Brown sugar
  • Corn syrup
  • Pecans (chopped)
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla, blending until combined. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set.
  • In a saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, heavy cream, and salt until bubbly. Stir in chopped pecans.
  • Pour the pecan mixture over the baked cheesecake and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the topping is set.
  • Cool completely before slicing into bars.
