  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
