  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
