4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
Place the chicken back into the skillet on top of the rice mixture. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the dish, cover, and let it melt for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
