  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

 

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, return the chicken to the pan, and mix everything until creamy and well combined.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
