  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crust.
  • Layer the drained crushed pineapple over the cream layer.
  • Spread the remaining cream mixture over the pineapple layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
