Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Candy eyes
  • White chocolate or vanilla candy melts (for the mummy wrapping)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate and dip each Oreo ball, using a fork to coat evenly. Place back on the parchment paper.
  • Add candy eyes to each ball before the chocolate hardens.
  • Drizzle extra white chocolate or candy melts over the balls to create a mummy wrapping effect.
  • Let the chocolate set completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store Oreo balls in the fridge until ready to serve to keep them firm.
  • Use dark or milk chocolate for a different mummy look.
