Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form 12 small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Place the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet.
  • Add a cooked patty to each bun, top with cheese slices, and desired toppings. Cover with the top bun halves.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the buns are golden and cheese melts.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
