This Ice Cream Cake is an easy, no-bake dessert featuring layers of your favorite ice cream and crushed cookies. Ingredients

  • 1½ quarts vanilla ice cream (or any flavor), softened
  • 1½ quarts chocolate ice cream (or any flavor), softened
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1½ cups whipped cream (for topping)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies over the chocolate ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Spread the softened vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Once frozen, remove the cake from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
  • Spread whipped cream evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
  • Garnish with sprinkles or extra crushed cookies, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
