  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and place it on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush it over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes over the dough.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then slice into breadsticks.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake directly on a pizza stone.
