12 slider rolls
1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced (deli or leftover)
6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese (cut to fit sliders)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
For Au Jus:
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom rolls (optional). Layer with roast beef and cheese.
Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
For the au jus, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm.
Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping. Enjoy!

Use deli-style roast beef or leftovers for convenience.
Provolone and Swiss cheese work best for this recipe.
