Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.

  • Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth.
