  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  • Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stirring to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  • Stir in sour cream and paprika, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked egg noodles with the beef mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
