  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast (or beef/pork)

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add olive oil, garlic, and onion to the crockpot.
