4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter option.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
