  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In a baking dish, spread the shrimp evenly and pour heavy cream over them.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
