Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Onion
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken in the crock pot along with chopped onion, bell peppers, and chicken broth.
