  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
