  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  • Add garlic and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and milk. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
