Make these irresistible cranberry turkey sliders with tender turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melted cheese on soft rolls – a crowd-favorite recipe!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss or provolone cheese (cut to fit sliders)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared dish.
  • Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom rolls.
  • Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly over the rolls.
  • Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute turkey with rotisserie chicken if desired.
  • Use homemade or canned cranberry sauce.
  • Great for using Thanksgiving leftovers!
