These chicken parmesan sliders feature crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and melty mozzarella on soft rolls – a delicious and easy-to-make recipe!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups cooked breaded chicken (chicken tenders or nuggets, chopped)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 6 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese (cut to fit sliders)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • Layer chopped breaded chicken evenly on the bottom rolls. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken.
  • Add mozzarella slices on top of the chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen breaded chicken tenders or nuggets for convenience.
  • Swap marinara sauce with your favorite tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
  • Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
