  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and let them melt, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
