  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

For Gravy:

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and buttermilk.
