  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed

  • 2 cups diced cooked ham

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, ham, cheese, and onion. Spread evenly in the prepared dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over the hashbrown mixture.

  5. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.

  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute bacon or sausage for ham.
