  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and fill with cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of garlic butter sauce.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  • In the same skillet, lightly toast each wrap on both sides over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
