  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  • Remove chicken and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until soft and slightly charred (about 5 minutes).

  • Return chicken to the pan and stir to combine.

  • Cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
