  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, beaten eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
