  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Coat each breast with breadcrumbs, pressing them lightly to stick.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a side salad.
